Capabilities
We possess an excellent range of manufacturing capabilities of diversified organic intermediates from research & development through process scale-up to commercial bulk production.
Our facilities feature a broad range of process capabilities including glass-lined reactors from 50 liters to 3000 liters and stainless steel reactors from 50 liters to 1000 liters, with an operating temperature range from –78℃ to 450℃. High rectification distillation, continuous-flow fixed bed reactors, and specialized equipment are fully equipped for any custom manufacturing project. This breadth of equipment facilitates a variety of modern organic synthetic transformations.

If you have unique chemical processing needs, we are also able to acquire and install additional equipment or modify an existing plant configuration to accommodate your requirements without substantial delay.
Tyger also has extensive product characterization capabilities including NMR (1H, 13C, 19F, 31P, etc.), GC, HPLC, FT-IR, MS, etc. The quality control of production is established by strictly following ISO 9001:2000 guidelines.
