Analytic Chemist - Senior
Princeton, NJ Area
Experienced
Analytic Chemist needed for small-molecule,
organic synthesis and research lab serving major
pharmaceuticals, biotech, cosmetics, coatings,
lubricants, polymer, electronics, photonic,
flavors & fragrances and other industries.
Tyger Scientific is seeking a hands-on career
professional.
QA/QC
responsibilities include:
- Perform
analysis for raw materials, intermediates
and finished products
- Develop,
establish and validate analytic methods
- Calibrate,
service and maintain analytic instruments
- Prepare and
maintain analytic reports and testing
results
- Develop and
implement laboratory QA/QC policies and
procedures as required
- Maintain a
clean and organized work environment
- Maintain
equipment logs and ISO-9001 2008
documentation
In addition,
candidate must have experience in:
- Perform
literature and database research on
analytic, synthesis or other scientific
topics
- Preparing
CoA, TDS and MSDS

Communicating analytic methods / results
directly to customers when required
Candidate must
be experienced with:
- NMR
- GC
(HP-6890), GC/MS, LC/MS
- HPLC
(HP-1050)
- GPC
- FT-IR
- MP
- UV/Vis
Spectrophotometer (U-2001)
- MS Office /
Outlook 2007 computer skills
Position
requires:
- MS (Analytic
Chemistry)
- Three years
experience analytic / organic chemistry,
or equivalent work experience
- Excellent
communications skill for customer
interaction
- Candidate
should currently live local to the
Princeton, NJ area
- Hours: M-F,
9:00 – 5:00PM, 40 hr/wk
