Senior Chemists

The candidate will have a Ph.D. degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry or related field with two years or more experience in industry. The candidate must be a good problem solver and good analytical data interpreter. Strong literature research skills are preferred.

Business Development Manager

This position normally requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field and 10-15 years of diversified experience, in the specialty organic chemical industry primarily within the business development realm. The candidate will provide Business Development Leadership and direction for the specialty organic chemical market, offer demonstrated experience with and understands business negotiations, and recognize and act upon opportunities to promote the Company’s expertise and successful past performance. Typical responsibilities include:
--- Executes long-term business and marketing strategies. Directs a marketing campaign to establish and cultivate long-term relationships with key client officials. Seeks opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
--- Identifies potential clients within area of specialty and develops sales strategy. Understands and responds to potential clients’ needs and objectives.
--- Provides leadership and guidance to proposal team from inception to completion.
--- Negotiates contracts.

Sales Professional

A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field is preferred. The candidate will develop new business, cultivate new client contacts and build a client base in the sale of specialty organic chemicals in our catalog, as well as contract research and custom manufacturing.
